If you had a problem AND you found a solution that worked, send me your story, and I will post it so everyone can benefit from your SOLUTION! Please read the rules below in full before you submit anything to me.
Submission Rules: The moment I receive your story, you agree to the following:
1) I have the right to tone down your language (use asterisks (*) to "bleep" your profanity).
2) I have the right to correct your grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
3) I have the right to edit your submission if it is too long.
4) I can deny the posting of your story for any reason.
5) When submitting stories about criminal incidences, you must first submit a synopsis of your story in the area provided below for feeback. If I agree to publish your tale, you must scan and email me a copy of the court case/petition AND your driver's license before I consider posting it. I will NOT be sued for slander.
5a) You understand that transmitting your court file and driver's license data to me is done across UNSECURED email lines. You further agree and absolve me of any wrong-doing for YOUR voluntary decision to send such information through unsecured channels.
5b) You acknowledge that I will NOT disclose your personal information to the general public, and completely trust that I will not use your data for unlawful purposes. The information is request for the purposes of verifying your story and to ensure you are the victim with the legal right share the details of the case.
6) When I post your court case information, I have your consent to publicly publish the case number, the county and state the case was handled in, and the date it was stamped by the clerk of the county ONLY. My copy of your case file will NEVER be shown to the public.
7) You give your unconditional consent to my disclosing your personal information and ALL of our communications to law enforcement officials.
8) You waive any right to sue me for providing law enforcement with your information and any information I have on file about you.
8a) I further promise you that I will verify the creditials of law enforcement before turning anything over.
9) You are NOT using me to subvert a legally binding "gag order" issued by any court of law.
9a) You give me consent to contact your lawyer on record in the court case to verify that you are NOT violating a "gag order."
10) You acknowledge that I may contact my lawyer in regard to anything submitted to me.
