-*Driving Under the  Influence of Alchol & Disturbing the Peace: Docket number CR97 Page 1374, Sarpy County, NE, 28 Apr 1998. NOTE: This case involved the male breaking into the apartment of a woman after midnight. She found him hovering beside her bed.

-*Assault & Battery: Case number K185109, Spartanburg County, SC, filed on/about 7 Dec 2006. NOTE: This case involved the male inappropriately touching a FEMALE customer during a test drive.
